Come race some of the most fun and challenging trails in the Pacific Northwest. The Cross Country course has a little bit of everything: lung-busting climbs, rocks, roots, and plenty of fast flow. Tentative course maps are available on Trail Forks, and below.

Categories may be split into age groups, but this is dependent on number of registrants. It will be at the sole discretion of the race organizers.

Open/Expert Course: 25 miles, 5,173ft of elevation gain

 

 

Fall Creek Start. Up Wedekind to Crestline. Crestline to the peak. GL6 all the way down. THEN counter clockwise loop of Lost Valley. 

Uphill climb for KOM bonus: Wedekind climb from bridge to top of IMBA reroute
 
Pro/Expert All-Mountain Stages within the loop:
Stage 1: Upper GL6 (from GL6 and fs road 4010 intersection to "hard/easy hill")
Stage 2: Lower GL6 (from GL6 and C-line intersection to Fall Creek TH)
Stage 3: Mckenny DH

 


Sport Course: 19 miles, 3,804 ft of elevation gain

Fall Creek Start. Wedekind to Greenline tie. GL6 to Fall Creek. THEN counter clockwise loop of Lost Valley.

Beginner/Junior Course: 12 miles, 2,060 ft of elevation gain


Fall Creek Start.  Then do 8-50-6 (Wedekind to Greenline tie and down GL6).

Directions to Fall Creek Day Use: 

Take I-5 to Hwy 101 North, take the Black Lake Blvd exit off of hwy 101, turn left onto Black Lake Blvd. Turn left onto Delphi Rd. Turn right onto Waddell Creek Rd. Stay on Waddell Creek Rd (which turns into Sherman Valley Rd) . Enter Capitol Forest on C-Line. Make a left on C-6000 and follow the road to Fall Creek Day Use.
